Important Details
Rental Prices will be quoted based on number of guests and special requests.
The Lime Event Venue will provide cleaning and supervision staff before, during and after the event. There is an additional cost for security if required on the day off the event. Should there be a need to secure equipment or items at the venue prior to the event, The Lime Venue and its employees are not responsible for loss or damages. We will recommend you pay additional for security to secure your equipment.
Liability insurance is required especially for large concerts. We request vendors and promoters obtain insurance to cover their guests and provide us a copy, The Lime Venue will provide a disclaimer form to be signed deeming us not responsible for injuries. The Lime Event Venue and its employees are not responsible for items left on the property at any time.
Base price begins at $2500 for up to 300 guests and will increase for additional guests attending the event.

Payment Schedule
All final payments are to be made via Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card. Other payment options such as online and Pay Pal are also available and require a direct request to management.

A downpayment of 50% of the rental fee is required to secure your date. All payments are applied to the final bill. Should you need to postpone the date or cancel, there will be no refunds. The Lime Venue offers you the opportunity to reschedule your event in the event of any unforeseen circumstances be it personal or caused by acts of God.

Liability Insurance (Required from Event Promoters for Large Concerts)
Final Guaranteed Count:
We ask that you give us the final head count no later than Thirty (30) days prior to the event. Any changes in the number of guests the Client will be invoiced separately for the overages. Payment on invoices for overages is due at the end of the event.
