Rental of Tables and Chairs
Lime Venue offers only patio chairs which can be arranged under the covered Main Hall to your liking. For a banquet style setting you may rent additional chairs and tables to facilitate your guests.
Setting up and breakdown
Set- up time
Lime Venue allows event setup starting at 9am on the day of your event and breakdown at the end of the event. As we host back-to-back events, we require all tents, tables, and chairs to be removed the same night after your event.
If there are no events scheduled one day prior, we offer a three-hour setup window the day before at a rate of $250 per hour during the day and $300 per hour at night. Lime Venue will provide two weeks' notice if no events are scheduled, allowing you to make arrangements for early setup if desired.
Over night
Overnight storage refers to items left onsite at our venue after your event concludes. A $200 fee applies for storage up until 9am, with an additional charge of $50 per hour beyond that time.
Cut off
Lime Venue's standard operating hours end at midnight. If a party wishes to extend beyond this time, an additional charge of $200 per hour will apply, with a strict cut-off no later than 2am. Additionally, there will be a fee of $15 per hour per employee onsite from 12am until the party vacates. This extra cost accounts for the possibility of additional staff being required to facilitate cleanup due to the extended hours.
As we host back-to-back events and site visits daily, it is essential for our employees to ensure the venue is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Parking
Lime Venue provides parking in the empty lot next door and along the beachfront. Parking is strictly prohibited in exit areas or driveways. Additionally, vehicles parked in taped-off neighboring lots will be automatically towed.
